The only good thing was that our two day nightmare is over!
We had booked a two bedroom apartment through a non-refundable reservation. When we arrived at the hotel we were given a room at the back of the hotel exactly in front of the main road and the bus stop! The noise from the traffic was tremendous all day long and at night as well! When we informed the staff of our problem they were unwilling to provide us with another room.To make matters worse as I've already mentioned we had booked a two bedroom apartment only to discover that the one room didn't have an air condition and the other had only curtains and no shades so we woke up very early in the morning!!! All in all instead of having a relaxing weekend we were just looking forward for our departure [we would have left from the very first moment if we hadn't paid in advance!]. It's unacceptable to accommodate people who want to relax and have a rest on their vacation in such useless rooms!!! Therefore I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Excellent hotel staff, breakfast good quality and quantity, room size fairly big, position for the bus stop.
Minimal services for the kitchen

Considering all its good value for the money.
During 10 day stay they never cleaned the rooms or changed bed sheets.

Cheerful, cheap and clean! We stayed in room 9, a small apartment on the top floor, facing away from the road towards the roof tops of other apartment buildings, with small glimpses of the sea. We had two small balconies to choose from, so if the neighbors were too close on one side we could move to the other balcony. It was a short walk down the hill to the beach, passing interesting small shops, bakeries and restaurants on the way. The beach was crowded, but we continued on to the edge of the village, about a 20 minute stroll from the hotel, where there were less people. The beach is sandy and shallow, the water is clear and blue green. There are some stones in some areas, watch out if you have tender feet!
If you are looking for an isolated place away from people, this is not it!

The owners of the hotel are great people, rather welcoming and helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious with enough variation. Rooms were decent, exactly as shown in the pictures. WiFi connectivity was alright in general, but I had to go to the lobby a few times in order to get a good connection. This doesn't happen often, however. We had a great vacation, relaxing - just as we wanted it.
The bathroom was a little too small, but that shouldn't make a big difference anyway. Also, it's a bit far from the beach (350 - 400 m), and may be bothersome to some not being close to the beach.

Very good price taking into consideration that we were 5 persons and breaksfast is included. Easy to find the hotel. Not very far away from the beach. Taso and Dimitra were very kind.

The hotel was good, it was nicely decorated, the room was comfortable, fully equiped with kitchen, a/c, very comfortable for 5 adults. The hotel offered buffet breakfast, which was very useful. The food was nice, a lot of nice sandwiches, good bread, toasts, nice milk, juice, ice tea, coffee, different fruits, chocolate. The owners were young and very nice people, friendly, and willing to help always. They were very kind and assisting. The hotel was not very far from the beach (walking distance approximately 10 min). Beautiful pine trees around the hotel. Nice sea view from the room. There was a wifi internet in the room and lobby. We liked our holiday in Polihrono very much. Thank you Thassos and Dimitra!

It is a nice, family owned business. The hotel is situated close to the beach and the pedestrian area of Polychrono. The breakfast is delicious and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

The owner is so much friendly, everything is possible. It is really good place to stay. Breakfast is fresh and the room has a very good size. If I go to polychrono again, I would like to stay in Anemos again.
Few rooms are situated to main road, WIFI didnt work so well but who cares when you are on vacation.

We liked the fact that despite being a hotel it also had full cooking facilities, which is unusual. The owner was polite and professional. The breakfast nice and varied. Also the hotel design was interesting. We hope to stay there again next year.
The bathroom was a bit smelly, due to stagnant water I suppose and I would have prefered the fridge to have been defrosted before we arrived as it wasn't totally clean inside. But these a little details which the cleaners can easily improve on.

Personnel very kind, position on the principal road (10 minutes walking to the beach, stores, restaurants, bus station closed to the hotel). We had a room with balcony to the garden and seaside view, quiet and calm. It was pleasant to stay in the evening there. Sufficient comfortable and clean for the price we paid.
